These terms govern your use of Job Avanti at jobavanti.com and its browser extension. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Job Avanti is

Job Avanti stores the professional history you save as records and generates resumes and cover letters drawn from those records, tailored to job listings you choose. The browser extension captures listings you're viewing; it does not apply to jobs for you.

Your content and your responsibility

• Your records, images, and documents remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and process them to run the service.
• Generated documents are drafts assembled from what you saved. Review everything before you send it to an employer — you are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any application you submit.
• Keep your record honest. The tool refuses to invent; don't use it to misrepresent.
• You're responsible for complying with the terms of any job board you use alongside Job Avanti.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use another person's account or data without their permission. Keep your password and pairing token to yourself.

Plans and pricing

Job Avanti is currently free while in development. If paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you're charged anything.

No guarantees

The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that generated documents fit any particular standard, or — to be plain about it — that any application leads to an interview or a job.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Avanti isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Job Avanti anytime and ask for deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: support@jobavanti.com.
